Twilight aquires Ceramic Stacking Rights

Twilight finalized an agreement with DP Technologies to acquire the Intellectual Property Rights to their proprietary ceramic stacking technology. According to the agreement, Twilight will be fulfilling and supporting all of DP Technologies current Customer orders for this product type. All future orders should be placed directly with Twilight Technology, Inc.

Twilight had previous agreements in place to support DP Technologies obsolete Military, Industrial and Commercial grade Memories and Modules. Randy Greene, President of Twilight Technology stated, “This additional product line fits in well with our current offerings and current customer profiles. Along with the agreement we acquired manufacturing equipment and hired supporting personnel from Sales, Quality and Manufacturing. The original Designer of this product line, VP of Engineering, Jack Forthun has already been working at Twilight for several years. Twilight is in an excellent position for a smooth and successful transition”.

Twilight has future plans to develop and expand the product line to satisfy higher memory densities and alternative technology requirements. Jack Forthun said, “It’s like having your babies return home. I just want to help them grow and make them better”. Twilight is currently in development of a DDR SDRAM Ceramic Stack as well as extending the capabilities for Radiation Hardening qualification.
