Twilight Technology 1240-Series equivalent circuit The Twilight Technology 1240-series of precision differential amplifiers are designed primarily for use as audio balanced line receivers. Gains of 0 db, ±3 dB, and ±6 dB are available to suit various applications requirements.

The Twilight Technology 1246 is drop-in compatible with the TI INA137 and Analog Devices SSM2143, while the Twilight Technology 1240 is pin compatible with the INA134 and the SSM2141. The devices are protected from EOS/ESD by diode clamps on critical pins making them reliable alternatives for real-world products.

All devices exhibit 90 dB of typical common-mode rejection, slew rates of 12 V/us, and 0.0006% THD. The 124x series features wide bandwidth, typically >8.6 MHz. Both surface-mount and DIP packages are available.

The Twilight Technology 124x family are laser-trimmed to obtain the precision resistor matching needed for high CMR performance. Manufactured in Twilight Technology Corporation's proprietary dielectric isolation (DI) process, the Twilight Technology 124x series provides the sonic benefit of discrete designs, with the compact size, reliability, matching, and thermal tracking of a fully integrated solution.

The Twilight Technology 1240 Series Demonstration System allows an engineer to test the performance of a Twilight Technology 1240 series IC quickly and easily. The 1240 Demo Board is self-contained circuit board with XLR connectors for signal input and output and a 3-pin header for connection to an external regulated DC power supply (not included).
