Twilight Technology announces licensing agreement with
THAT Corporation

Brea, Calif. – December 3, 2007 – Twilight Technology announced today it has completed an agreement with THAT Corporation of Milford, Massachusetts, to utilize THAT Corporation’s extensive high performance analog integrated circuit die product line.

 The agreement will have Twilight packaging THAT Corporation’s Die Product line to produce ruggidized plastic and high reliability hermetic components for the medical, aerospace, defense, and heavy industrial marketplaces.

 Jack Forthun, Twilight Technology, Inc.’s Vice-President of Engineering explained, “We were impressed with THAT Corporation’s product performance capabilities over extreme operation temperature range applications. THAT Corporation manufactures its products using a “dielectric isolation” fabrication which provides better isolation between individual transistors and faster speeds.”  Randy Greene, Twilight Technology’s President and CEO added “Twilight Technology, Inc. is pleased that THAT Corporation has partnered with Twilight in this business endeavor. It is a business relationship that we believe will be a success for both companies.”

Twilight Technology’s first product introduction will be a family of isolated, low noise, quad-matched transistor arrays which is expected to be available in the fall of 2007. Twilight will be initially focusing on THAT Corporation’s 300 Series Transistor Arrays and superior audio chip line of products. THAT Corporation’s 300 Series Arrays are high speed and low noise, and have closely matched parameters between transistors.
